Cancellation Policy
• Must cancel/reschedule 24 hours BEFORE scheduled appointment. Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours will result in a charge to card on file for 20% of any service(s) booked.
• Same day cancellations: Card on file will be charged 50% of service booked.
• No call/No show: Appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the FULL SERVICE amount to card on file. A deposit will be required to schedule any future appointments.
• Late policy: There will be a grace period of 10 minutes after the start of your appointment time before it has to be cancelled and will result in a 50% charge to card on file for any service(s) booked.
It is a client’s responsibility to ensure a valid card is on file at Studio Sukie at all times!
